How We Got Started

With a passion for restoration projects, Williams Renovations LLC began in 2007 as a local general contracting company specializing in residential carpentry.  Over the years, our services have grown to include restoration projects, residential interior and exterior remodeling, mechanical, HVAC, roofing, chimney restoration, and chimney cleaning and we now service Harford and Baltimore Counties and Baltimore City.

Today, we are proud to be a locally owned small business and look forward to the future with optimism.  As we focus and build our exterior remodeling, roofing, and chimney work, we’ll continue to add new services, such as handyman services, to ensure our clients have a single source for their home improvement needs.

What makes us different?

Our experience is broad, so we aren’t limited to one or two specialties.  What sets us apart is the unique services we offer such as historical residential restoration projects, duplicating legacy woodwork, repairing roof overhangs, slate work, slate roof repairs, and copper gutter projects.  We know the original techniques used to produce architectural details in older residential properties and are able to repair and reproduce those same results.

We go above and beyond for our clients to ensure they are happy with the finished project.  We typically start out doing one project for a client that snowballs into doing multiple projects for the client over time.
